• Deliver direct nursing care to adult patients on telemetry units, focusing on cardiovascular monitoring and stability.
• Monitor continuous telemetry data, interpret rhythm strips, respond to alarms, and initiate interventions per orders.
• Administer prescribed medications and therapies; perform ongoing assessments and document findings accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, ensure patient safety, and provide education to patients and families as appropriate.
• Maintain unit readiness, participate in rounds, complete required charting and shift handoffs, and elevate concerns to the charge nurse or physician as needed.
• May be asked to float to alternate campus locations in Laconia or Franklin, NH, based on unit needs and credentialing.

• Active NH RN license or Compact license, required at time of submission;
  Nursys license verification for all active RN licenses
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; NHISS required prior to start
• Dysrhythmia exam required during onboarding; preferred score of 80% or higher
• 2+ years of Telemetry nursing experience on resume; 1–2 years of Med‑Surg experience considered, with acuity knowledge
• Ability to float to additional campus locations in Laconia or Franklin, NH, as needed
• Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required
• RTO (time-off requests) must be included at submission

• Credentialing and onboarding support, including licensure verification and compliance steps
• Onboarding with rhythm interpretation assessment and related requirements
• Dedicated support throughout the assignment from a recruiter and local staffing team
• Potential for assignment extension based on performance and unit needs
