Position Summary - Monday-Friday, 8am-5:00pm,
Elliot Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery at Concord provides comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of pelvic disorders, including urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, voiding dysfunction, overactive bladder, fecal incontinence, vaginal fistula, urethral diverticula and other complex pelvic conditions. Clinical services include advanced office-based diagnostics such as urodynamic testing and cystoscopy; minimally invasive therapies including bladder Botox injections, urethral bulking, and neuromodulation therapy;
as well as a full spectrum of reconstructive pelvic and continence surgeries including robotic assisted reconstructive surgical procedures. The practice delivers multidisciplinary, patient-centered care across outpatient, ambulatory surgery, and hospital settings, offering individualized treatment plans that restore function, improve quality of life, and provide women with access to highly specialized surgical and nonsurgical care.

- Involves patient/family in goal setting and planning and communicates that plan of care to patient and family for input; and to colleagues to ensure seamless care across shifts and settings.
- Utilizes current evidence and relevant national/specialty standards to guide practice and/or performance and identifies areas for improvement.
- Demonstrates competent clinical practice utilizing clinical decision making and critical thinking skills.
- Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, prefer Bachelor of Science in Nursing. - Licensure:
New Hampshire Registered Nurse or Compact State Registered Nurse License. - Technical Certification:
Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment. ACLS preferred.
