In this full-time, school-based position, youll provide personalized, one-on-one care for a middle school student throughout the school week, totaling 35 hours. • Current and active LPN license in New Hampshire
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus
• Skills in basic nursing care, medication management, and medical documentation

• Commitment to supporting student independence and educational access

• Deliver consistent one-on-one nursing support to a middle school student
• Monitor and address health needs during the school day
