Concord Post Acute is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our nursing team. You will provide direct patient care, support clinical staff, and help ensure positive outcomes for residents in a fast-paced post-acute setting.
The LVN will deliver resident-centered care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and maintain compliant documentation. Flexible weekday/weekend/evening availability with a pay rate of $38.00 per hour.
