- Long Term Care travel assignment in Concord, New Hampshire. Start date 09/25/2026 for 14 weeks, with 36 guaranteed hours per week on a 3x12 night shift (19:00-07:00). Setting: LTC nursing home. The role focuses on direct resident care, medication administration, and collaboration with the care team in a long-term care environment.

• Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately
• Monitor residents’ conditions, recognize changes, and report to the supervising RN
• Provide direct nursing care including assistance with activities of daily living
• Perform routine procedures such as wound care, dressing changes, vital signs, and infection control practices
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the resident chart to ensure continuity of care
• Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, and physicians to support individualized care plans

• Active LPN license in New Hampshire
• Willingness to work 3x12 night shifts in a long-term care setting
• Availability to start on 09/25/2026 and commit to a 14-week assignmenti
• Eligible to work in the United States and travel for a temporary assignment
• Ability to pass credentialing and orientation requirements for travel assignments
