- Deliver expert, comprehensive patient care including assessment, treatment, planning, and care evaluation
- Mentor and teach others in the role of practice nursing

- Report to the Clinical Leader or Clinical Manager and work under the direction of practice providers
- Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing
- New Hampshire Board of Nursing license required
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification or Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Health Care Providers certification required
- Other professional certification as needed specific to the expectations of the position
- Minimum of two years’ prior clinical nursing experience required
- Medical practice/office experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to effectively and positively interact with a multi-disciplinary team, patients and others
- Ability to regularly hear and speak
- Ability to frequently sit and walk
- Ability to occasionally bend, climb, perform repetitive motion, kneel, perform fine motor activities, reach, smell, squat, and stand
- Ability to lift, carry, or push/pull less than 10 pounds regularly, up to 10 pounds frequently, and up to 20 pounds occasionally
- Specific vision abilities including color vision, depth perception, far vision, near vision, and peripheral vision
- Occasional exposure to airborne pathogens, blood borne pathogens, and bodily fluids
Demonstrates comprehensive patient care through assessment, treatment planning, and evaluation while effectively collaborating with a multi-disciplinary health care team. Holds a New Hampshire Nursing License and relevant certifications, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and patient safety.
