• Provide direct patient care for telemetry patients, including monitoring cardiac rhythms and responding to telemetry alarms.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered; assess and document patient status regularly.
• Collaborate with physicians, unit staff, and ancillary teams to develop and adjust care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record and ensure proper handoffs between shifts.
• Uphold patient safety, infection prevention, and patient education; promote comfort and dignity for patients and families.
• Participate in rounds and contribute to quality improvement initiatives as appropriate.

• Active Registered Nurse license (state of practice to be determined)
• Telemetry experience or familiarity with cardiac monitoring is preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
• Willingness to travel for a temporary assignment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to comply with hospital policies and patient privacy regulations
