The Licensed Nursing Assistant – LNA works under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide specific direct and indirect patient and resident care.

• * Assist patients and residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.

• * Report changes in patient and residents' condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor.
• * Participate in the care planning process.

• * Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program.
