Requirements

• Age 18+
• Fluent in English
• Solid understanding of dining room etiquette and service flow
• Basic math skills and comfort with POS systems
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours)
• Strength to lift and carry trays of food (20–25 lbs) with ease
