Culinary Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Current Serv Safe, Tips, Allergy, and Choke Safer certifications
• Proven experience managing kitchen operations and personnel
• Strong understanding of inventory control, scheduling, and budgeting
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
