Sales Representative

Job Description

We’re seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Bow, NH. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service
, lead generation
, or sales support experience. As the first point of contact for incoming inquiries, you will help drive new business, build client relationships, and support overall business development efforts.

• Serve as the first contact for incoming sales inquiries and customer calls
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers within assigned markets
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales team on outreach initiatives (e.g., lunch‑and‑learn events)
• Utilize warm calling strategies to generate qualified leads
• Provide product details, pricing, and quotes to customers
• Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed targets
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system (
  Pipedrive )
• Support general sales operations and account management activities

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales
  , sales support
  , telemarketing
  , or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced sales environment
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
• Must work on‑site in Bow, NH
• Due to frequent customer visits and face‑to‑face interactions, this position is not eligible for remote work
