Venture Home is seeking a Retail Associate to engage homeowners at retail locations, educating them about residential solar and scheduling qualified homeowners for in-home consultations with Solar Consultants. The role is part-time to full-time, about 30 hours weekly, with five 6-hour shifts, typically 1:00 PM–7:00 PM, and occasional winter adjustments.
Some weekend availability is required. Compensation is $9.00 per hour plus commissions, with additional commissions based on appointments
