Sales Representative, Business Development, Sales Development Rep/SDR, Account Manager
As a Commercial Field Sales representative for Lubricants, you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio to ensure volume and gross margin targets are met while also seeking new business opportunities within the portfolio. Your success hinges on identifying cross-selling opportunities, maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline, developing account plans, monitoring performance, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service.

- Identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with sales peers for excellent customer service
- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and develop account plans
- Monitor account performance and develop strategies for underperforming accounts
- Capture and manage customer information in customer relationship management tools
- Build profitable solutions for customers and understand credit granting requirements
- Communicate internally to ensure a great customer experience and forecast sales opportunities
- Identify retention risks and develop retention strategies
- Participate in sales meetings and support forecast preparation and consolidation
Skills:
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with stakeholders and be an effective collaborator and team player
- Experience dealing with multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Power Point
The expected salary range for this position is $66,000-$83,000. Placement within range will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
