NH FLEX Security Officer

FLEX Security Officer - $20+/hr - Central NH (Manchester/Concord/Bedford/Nashua area)

Schedule: Varying shifts, Monday - Sunday 1st/2nd/3rd shift (flexible availability REQUIRED). Flex officers are typically guaranteed at least 30 hours per week.

Starting Pay: $21.00/hr

Our Security Officers work closely with our clients and client staff. The right candidate for this highly rewarding job will be professional, motivated, and ready to learn!

• Excellent observational and de-escalation skills; able to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong communicator; capable of working closely with both global and local security teams.
• Committed to ethical practices and following all safety protocols, always maintaining a safe and respectful approach.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong customer service skills and prior experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.

• Must be flexible enough to work any potential open shift available during the week.
• Must be willing to travel up to a one-hour commute to various client sites in the NH area. Most sites are located within a 30-mile radius from our Bedford, NH office.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Reliable means of communication and transportation.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to effectively speak, read and write English.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to apply for a New Hampshire Guard Card – our team will assist you in applying for this required license!
