Live Free - Lead HVAC Installer

Pay: $35 - $45/hr

Live Free is offering a sign-on bonus of up to $2,500!

Live Free Heating Cooling Electric was started in October of 2014 by Tyler & Peter Marston. Our mission is to provide a higher level of education of how systems function and work to the end user, combined with responsive service and excellent customer support.

• Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications.
• Need to be able to install mini splits, oil and gas boilers, oil and gas furnaces, conventional air conditioners and water heaters.
• Designs, fabricates and installs various and fittings as required.
• Receives, verifies, and loads all equipment and materials needed for each job.
• Demonstrates and establishes effective working relationships with co-workers, superiors.
• Properly completes all paperwork required for each job.
• Maintains cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.
• Maintains high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Mentors an apprentice to become a contributor to the Live Free team

• Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary. Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs.
• Represents Live Free in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others.
• Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, stand, bend, stoop, reach and travel to locations.

• At least 1 year of experience in HVAC.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to be flexible in work schedule.
• Valid, clean driver’s License.
• Must have the ability to multi-task.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must possess knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Must posses NH Gas license and EPA.
• Must have own hand and power tools

• Must have knowledge of safety rules and requirements.
• Must have strong attention to detail.
• Must have the ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
