R.S. Audley Inc. has full‑time openings for general construction laborers. This role is essential in providing support and assistance in major highway, site work, and bridge projects.

R.S. Audley Inc. is looking for experienced bridge carpenters. Carpenter applicants must have proven skills in working with forms, concrete, and rebar and must be able to work in all weather conditions.

Responsible for operating all kinds and sizes of excavators, loaders, dozers, and other construction equipment safely, often around traffic, power lines, and various other obstructions. Operates different kinds of construction equipment to move dirt and other materials on the job site. Must coordinate and collaborate with other workers and supervisors on‑site; clear communication skills are crucial. Also responsible for observing the company’s safety standards as well as policies and procedures.

A Pile Driver / Welder is an integral part of a small group of highly skilled individuals that install driven and drilled piles, excavation support structures, and cofferdams. Daily activities include working with cranes, pile driving equipment, drilling equipment, excavators, heavy equipment, welding and cutting equipment, and small tools.

Responsible for overseeing and managing the installation of stormwater drainage systems, water lines, sewer lines and other subsurface structures. Requires general knowledge of excavation methods, shoring, and water management. Directs and manages a crew of construction workers, equipment and subcontractors. Enforces the company’s safety standards as well as policies and procedures. Ensures site work meets the standards set by the project plans and stays on target for completion.

Full‑time opening for a Crane Operator. Responsible for operating a variety of cranes, from a 23‑ton boom truck up to a 150‑ton lattice crawler. Assists in the breakdown and erection of cranes, performs pre and post work inspections, and conducts daily and monthly equipment inspections. Maintains working status logs and follows all safety procedures.
