Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish. Install furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, air handlers, and related equipment. Perform brazing, venting, gas piping, refrigerant piping, and system commissioning. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications. Troubleshoot installation challenges and make field adjustments as needed. Ensure every installation meets manufacturer specifications and local code requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite and company vehicle.

Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide an outstanding customer experience. Mentor and train apprentices and installation helpers. Complete all required paperwork accurately using Service Titan and other company systems.

5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience. Strong experience installing furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini-splits, and central air systems. Experience with brazing, venting, gas piping, system commissioning, and startup. Ability to troubleshoot installation issues independently. Comfortable reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals. Leadership experience directing apprentices or install helpers. Strong communication and customer service skills. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

Able to adapt to changing field conditions while maintaining quality workmanship. Experience working in New England weather conditions is preferred. Experience with Service Titan is a plus.

Valid New Hampshire Gas License (Required) EPA 608 Universal Certification (Required) Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required)

Heat Pump Training Mitsubishi, Lennox, or other manufacturer installation certifications Additional HVAC industry certifications
