maineline is looking for an Exterior Identification Signage Installation Coordinator to join our team.

This role supports the installation of exterior identification signage projects, including signs that require permits, from installation pricing and site survey coordination through final project closeout.

You will work closely with clients, designers, project managers, production, sales, and third party installation and fabrication partners across the country. A big part of this role is keeping the many moving pieces of an installation organized and moving forward. You will help make sure information gets where it needs to go, surveys and installations are scheduled, partners have what they need, and project details are accurately documented and tracked.

• Coordinate installation and fabrication pricing requests and compare pricing to project scope
• Coordinate site surveys with clients and installation partners
• Schedule installations with clients and installation partners
• Review project drawings and installation requirements
• Maintain accurate project documentation in Zoho Projects
• Track fabrication and installation progress
• Follow up on outstanding information and keep project activities moving forward
• Coordinate punch list and warranty work
• Proactively communicate project updates internally and externally
• Build relationships with installation and fabrication partners throughout the country
• Identify missing information, potential risks, and concerns and communicate them early
• Support the Installation team with project execution and closeout

• 2+ years of project coordination, construction administration, or similar experience preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong follow through and ability to keep multiple priorities moving
• Comfortable communicating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities
• Ability to read architectural plans and construction documents
• Strong scheduling and coordination skills
• Ability to communicate urgency while remaining calm and solution focused
• Works independently while collaborating effectively with others
• Willingness to ask questions, learn, and continuously improve

• Microsoft Teams
• Zoho Projects experience preferred
• Familiarity with construction, permitting, ADA requirements, or signage installation is a plus
