At Ascentria Care Alliance, we are currently hiring assignment‑based resettlement & integration coordinators to support refugees and immigrant families during periods of increased program demand, community growth, and special initiatives. These flexible, mission‑driven opportunities help ensure individuals and families receive the support, advocacy, and resources they need to successfully build safe, stable, and independent lives.

• Support and guide case management staff, volunteers, and interns
• Coordinate services, resources, and community partnerships
• Assist families with housing, transportation, benefits, employment, and resettlement needs
• Collaborate with local agencies, landlords, and community organizations
• Monitor program outcomes, documentation, and service delivery
• Provide direct support to refugee and immigrant families as needed

This position is based in Concord, NH and includes local travel within the community.
