We are currently hiring Assignment-Based Resettlement Navigators to support our Services for New Americans program during periods of increased community need, program growth, and special initiatives. These flexible opportunities are designed to provide meaningful support to refugee and immigrant families as they transition into life within their new communities.
About the Role
Resettlement Navigators serve as a central point of support for refugees and New Americans during their resettlement journey. Assignment-based team members help connect individuals and families to critical community resources while supporting successful integration and self-sufficiency.
In this role, you may:
- Assist individuals and families with housing, benefits, healthcare, employment, and community services
- Support pre-arrival and arrival coordination, including apartment setup and airport pickups
- Help clients navigate cultural adjustment and access community resources
- Coordinate referrals and collaborate with community agencies and partners
- Maintain documentation, case notes, and client records
- Support specialized service areas such as housing, mental health, employment, elder care, or school support
