NFI North THS Concord is an adult residential treatment program for adults with severe and persistent mental illness. We are seeking a Shift Supervisor for a Wednesday‑Saturday shift rotation. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of assigned Direct Care Staff and program participants in support of the Assistant Directors in carrying out the responsibilities of program operations.

The Shift Supervisor will supervise Direct Care Staff, ensure quality care delivery, manage shift operations, and support program participants throughout the day.

• Experience as a team player who enjoys new challenges daily and can collaborate on projects.
• Calm and patient during crisis situations with strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to assume and delegate responsibilities, exercise quick and safe decision making, and be flexible, energetic, and creative.
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or four years’ experience with the participant population is preferred.
