At Ascentria Care Alliance, we are currently hiring Assignment-Based Resettlement & Integration Coordinators to support refugees and immigrant families during periods of increased program demand, community growth, and special initiatives. These flexible, mission-driven opportunities help ensure individuals and families receive the support, advocacy, and resources they need to successfully build safe, stable, and independent lives.
About the Role
The Resettlement & Integration Coordinator plays a key leadership role within our Services for New Americans program by supporting case management operations, strengthening community partnerships, and helping coordinate high-quality services for refugee and immigrant families.
In this role, you may:
- Support and guide case management staff, volunteers, and interns
- Coordinate services, resources, and community partnerships
- Assist families with housing, transportation, benefits, employment, and resettlement needs
- Collaborate with local agencies, landlords, and community organizations
- Monitor program outcomes, documentation, and service delivery
- Provide direct support to refugee and immigrant families as needed

What We’re Looking For

Bilingual candidates and individuals with lived experience similar to the populations we serve are strongly encouraged to apply, especially those who speak Swahili, Kinyarwanda, or other community languages.
This position is based in Concord, NH and includes local travel within the community.

Qualifications EducationRequired: Bachelor’s or better in Human Services.
