We are seeking qualified drivers to deliver pizza to customers in the Concord, Penacook, and Boscawen areas. You will work a flexible schedule that can accommodate your other commitments.

You must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record meeting company standards. You also need access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery and must be able to navigate addresses within the designated delivery area, including multi-story buildings.

• Deliver orders to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
• Use navigation tools to locate addresses and plan efficient routes.
• Operate delivery equipment and vehicle safely.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and provide necessary paperwork.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen and coordinate pickups.

General job duties for all store team members include:

• Operate all delivery equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies within the delivery area.
• Prepare and package orders for delivery.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Manage inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Perform daily cleaning of equipment and facilities.

Training:
Orientation and on-the-job training is provided.

Understand and convey written instructions, and communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person.

Essential Functions/

Skills:

• Perform basic math accurately (add, subtract, multiply, divide). Calculator may be used.
• Provide correct monetary change.
• Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Exhibit good motor coordination and speed with hand‑eye coordination.
• Enter orders using computer keyboard or touch‑screen.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees to 90 degrees or higher.
• Sudden temperature changes.
• Fumes from food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters such as walk‑in coolers.
• Hot surfaces/tools up to 500 degrees or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Ability to talk and hear on the telephone.
• Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
• Depth perception.
• Differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

The ideal candidate can direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and as part of a team, manage stress, meet quality standards, interact with people, analyze data, and make judgments.

• Standing – Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
• Walking – Short distances for short durations on ceramic tile or linoleum; work surfaces 36-48 inches high.
• Lifting – Bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds; items stacked up to 72 high.
• Carrying – Items such as large cans (3 pounds 7 ounces) and pizza sauce (30 pounds) from storage to workstation; trays up to 12 pounds.
• Pushing – Trays on dollies (~24-30) requiring up to 7.5 pounds force; can also be pulled.
• Climbing – Infrequently navigate stairs or ladders for maintenance tasks.
• Paperwork – Completed in an office setting at a desk or table.
