Tow Service Specialist

Schedule:

2:00pm–12:30am (including weekends). Minimum 40 hours per week.

The face of AAA’s roadside assistance program, operating tow trucks safely and efficiently, diagnosing vehicle issues, providing tire changes, fuel delivery, and lock‑out services, and delivering a calm, customer‑first experience.

• Operate tow trucks, conduct roadside assistance, and safely recover vehicles.
• Perform basic diagnostics to identify vehicle problems.
• Provide tire changes, fuel delivery, and lock‑out support as needed.
• Maintain a professional, reassuring presence for members on the scene.
• Document all service calls and maintain accurate records.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with a passion for helping people.
• Willingness and flexibility to work evenings and weekends, including holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50lb., bend, kneel, and stand in all weather conditions.
• Prior or willingness to undergo AAA training for towing and roadside procedures.

• Base pay: $27.50 per hour.
• Shift differentials: $0.75–$1.50 more per hour based on hours and days worked.
• Monthly productivity incentive up to $1,900.
