Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company that provides analytical testing services across multiple industries. The Courier is responsible for the pick‑up and delivery of water, soil, and air samples to and from the laboratory, maintaining quality, hold time, and turnaround time objectives. They prepare and deliver bottle orders to clients following SOP, receive and stock sample control supplies, prepare and ship sample kits, perform sampling events, dispose of hazardous waste, and carry out other duties assigned by the department manager.

The Courier will work out of the Concord, New Hampshire lab. We are looking for (2) full time Couriers. Mon‑Fri 7:00 am‑4:00 pm and 8:00 am‑5:00 pm. Employees will drive 200–300 miles during their shift.

• Perform all duties as outlined in the SOP for Couriers.
• Pick up and deliver samples, bottle orders and report to the laboratory for sign‑in and analysis.
• Count and verify samples to ensure chain‑of‑custody and integrity.
• Receive and sign the Chain of Custody; ensure client signatures, dates, and time records.
• Transport samples on ice to the lab or subcontracted labs; unload and inspect for damage or hold‑time violations.
• Interact professionally with Project Managers and clients.
• Navigate using directions or maps to locate client sites as specified in the courier request form.
• Communicate schedule updates to the courier coordinator.
• Record arrival and departure times for all pick‑ups and deliveries in the courier log book.
• Maintain vehicle records for maintenance and mileage; submit monthly reports.
• Restock supplies when received and ensure availability for employees.
• Verify validity and completeness of bottle orders prior to delivery.
• Follow Section 14 of the Transportation and Fleet Safety Corporate Safety Manual.
• Comply with the Driver Evaluation and Qualification Policy.
• Keep the shipping/receiving area safe.
• Prepare outgoing shipments of bottle kits and coolers for pick‑up.
• Perform on‑site sampling events as needed.
• Dispose of samples according to EPA and EH&S guidelines on a monthly basis.
• Maintain delivery truck in proper working order.
• Label samples after log‑in as needed.
• Perform other sample control duties as identified by the department manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license and clean driving record to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).

• Ability to read maps and follow directions.
• Motor vehicle operation skills.

• Excellent oral and written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self‑motivation, adaptability, and positive attitude.
