Warehouse Technician - Forklift; M-F

We are seeking a Warehouse Technician to maintain the safe and secure operation of the warehouse, including accurate inventory storage and movement of raw materials and finished products.

• Receive and log inbound materials using packing slips and purchase orders.
• Process, pick, pack, stage, and ship all outbound materials and customer orders.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and participate in cycle counts.
• Load and unload trucks using powered industrial vehicles, including forklift and pallet jacks.
• Band and stretch‑wrap materials with banding equipment.
• Locate and disposition materials for manufacturing or shipments.
• Enter transactions accurately into the ERP system.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality compliance.
• Prepare bills of lading and shipping lists.
• Coordinate pick‑ups of recyclables.
• Assist with administration and purchasing of materials.
• Adhere to operator instructions and maintain high quality work standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and cross‑functional teams.
• Remain cross‑trained in all aspects of inventory management.
• Maintain accurate and legible records daily.
• Participate in employee involvement activities and ISO
  9000 initiatives.
• Practice excellent safety and environmentally sound habits.
• Manage and keep the warehouse space clean, organized, and 6S compliant.
• Support production to maximize throughput and update ERP part numbers.
• Identify and communicate potential process improvements.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid and active U.S. driver’s license.
• Previous warehouse experience and straight‑truck operation preferred.
• Proven ability to operate powered industrial vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving principles.
• Experience in fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environments.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles preferred.
• Experience with barcode scanners and material‑tracking tools.

• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment with fluctuating temperatures.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and quick information retrieval.
• Good observation and communication skills.
• Ability to act as a communication link between departments.
• Quick learner who can apply knowledge and lead meetings.
• Strong organizational skills and accurate record keeping.
• Adaptability to change and challenge.
• Openness to conflict resolution and productive discussion.

• Monday – Friday 7:00a.m. – 3:30p.m.
• Stand and walk up to 80% of the time.
• May need to lift up to 25pounds.
• Work required in IATF
  16949 and ISO
  9001 certified environment.
