We are seeking a Senior Manager to join the Affordable Housing Assurance practice in the offices of Johns Creek, Birmingham, Columbus, or Atlanta, and provide clients with exceptional services. You will thrive in a growing environment.

• Prepare most difficult audits.
• Workpaper review.
• Review common files.
• Resolve significant client issues.
• Prepare billing.
• Engagement management, communication, tracking, and oversight.
• Fill in engagement team gaps.
• Actively involve in firm initiatives.
• Prepare/review 10%, contractor and owner’s certs, DCR.
• May participate in recruiting activities such as attending job fairs or participating in interviews.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
• 7+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience.
• Affordable housing or real estate development experience within public accounting CPA.

• Master’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience within public accounting.
