Description Of WorkThe Administrative Specialist I will be providing a general and specialized administrative support, handling tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and public engagement for scheduling meetings with internal & external teams. They will be involved with data entry, finance record keeping with the finance team, and ensuring all office supplies and documentation for Docusign are stored; all external & internal controls are not breached with any HIPAA or compliance concerns.

Salary Grade Range: $39,244 - $68,679
Recruitment Range: $39,244.00 - $46,000
- Position is eligible for a hybrid-teleworking schedule to include weekly onsite work hours**
