We are on the hunt for an Showroom Compliance Coordinator to become an integral part of our automotive family. As the Showroom Compliance Coordinator, you will manage various administrative tasks, coordinate office functions, and provide essential support to our team. Your love for classic cars will shine through as you engage with clients and ensure they have a seamless experience from start to finish. - Oversee daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for clients and staff.
- Maintain organized records of all vehicles.
- Fill out, process, and file proper documents for registrations and titling in a timely manner.
- Support the management team in various administrative tasks.
- Communicate with clients.
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record required, no open cases

Our Showrooms are open Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-5pm. Scheduled days off are Sunday and Monday. Scheduled working hours are from 8:45am-5:15pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
PAYThis is an hourly non-exempt position, averaging annual 42,000.00 annually
