SHOE SHOW, INC., the country's largest privately held footwear retailer in business for 65 years with nearly 1,000 stores in 47 states, is seeking an experienced Payroll Clerk to join our team. This position is located in Concord, NC.

Our payroll department is a high-volume, multi-state payroll operation and we're hiring an experienced Payroll Clerk to join our team! Prior experience using UKG/Ulti Pro software and significant knowledge of payroll-related state and federal regulations is highly preferred! Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality ethics is required.

Enter new employees/rehires into our system. Audit new-hire/rehire employee paperwork. Process garnishments and related required paperwork. Process separation paperwork for multiple systems as well as required federal/state paperwork. Update compensation and position changes. Process manual adjustments, update time system, and enter manual adjustments needed for accurate time keeping. Assist employees with payroll and benefit-related questions via phone, email, and POS messaging.

Assist with maintaining employee and payroll/benefit files in both paper form and electronically.
