This is a part‑time, field‑based leadership position averaging approximately 24 hours per week. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, exercising appropriate decision‑making authority, communicating professionally with residents and community partners, and managing priorities across multiple locations.

The position offers flexibility in how weekly hours are distributed based on operational needs, scheduled meetings, resident needs, tours, intakes/exits, and approved community events.

  • Represent Sisu Living House at approved community outreach, networking, and tabling events
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with referral partners and community stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with the Executive Director and administrative support team to ensure continuity across locations
Schedule & Flexibility

This position is budgeted for approximately 24 hours per week.

Some evening or weekend availability may occasionally be required for house meetings, community events, intakes, or other organizational activities.

Up to five additional hours may occasionally be available based on organizational needs and must be approved in advance by the Executive Director.

This is not a traditional Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. position.
