Transmission Superintendent

Lead daily field operations for transmission, distribution, and substation construction projects, including crew supervision, subcontractor coordination, schedule management, and overall project execution. Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and in compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities for transmission, distribution, and substation projects.
• Supervise field crews, Foremen, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and project schedules.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and work plans.
• Monitor project safety, quality, productivity, and schedule performance.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA and project safety requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and clients to resolve field issues.
• Maintain project documentation including daily reports, as-builts, and punch list completion.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project closeout activities.

• 5+ years of transmission, distribution, substation, or utility construction experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role such as Foreman or General Foreman.
• Experience managing field crews and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
