Job Description

WTI Commercial Façade Foreman oversees safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI Commercial Building Envelope business, ensuring the highest quality service for our customers while maintaining safety as the top priority.

• Actively administers and enforces Company safety policy and program to minimize accidents affecting employees, the public, and property.
• Conducts safety meetings, complies with governmental regulations, reports and investigates accidents, and plans site‑specific job safety procedures.
• Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with all onsite project personnel (Sales Rep, Customer, WTI Supervisor & Crew, etc.).
• Inspect and ensure safety of surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
• Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable.
• Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project, including regular contact with Sales Rep, crew, customer, and WTI Supervisor.
• Manage crew start and end times, production rates, and ensure tools and materials are available for safe and efficient completion.
• Complete the project per scope, design and specifications of contract & engineering documents.
• Conduct end‑of‑day and/or end‑of‑project walk‑throughs to ensure quality and address items before leaving the job site; submit photos and status reports.
• Supervise, direct, and coordinate scheduling and execution of projects in assigned areas, ensuring consistency with planned costs.
• Manage field personnel: recruit, hire, train, motivate, retain quality production personnel; handle disciplinary actions and union matters as necessary.
• Track and monitor project inventory.
• Maintain highest quality on‑site customer relations and project a positive image.
• Ensure compliance with all governmental rules and regulations (OSHA, DOT, EEO/Affirmative Action, EPA, Wage and Hour, etc.).
• Monitor and document performance of WTI Commercial Field Labor and take corrective actions; consult WTI Commercial Supervisor and HR as needed.
• Supply accurate and timely job information: daily job logs, job file documentation, billing information.
• Notify management promptly of real and potential job problems.
• Responsible for care, custody, and purchasing of company equipment, materials, tools, and other assets assigned.
• Train employees in proper material and equipment usage, maintenance, and storage.
• Coordinate and monitor performance of on‑site subcontractors when appropriate.
• Perform any other duty or project as required by WTI Supervisor or Commercial Business Manager.
• Maintain ethical business conduct.

5+ years progressive experience in a similar role, including leading teams, technical solutions, training, and troubleshooting. Must be thoroughly familiar with standard façade construction: masonry, EIFS, stucco, curtain wall, metal panels, concrete, plaster, and other façade systems, and how to properly repair them using Tremco CPG Materials.
