Real Pro Renovations, Inc. is looking for a Sales Representative and Estimator to join our team in Ocean Isle Beach, NC. This roll plays a critical role in driving new business and ensuring project profitability. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients - building trust, understanding their vision, and providing accurate, detailed estimates that sets projects up for success.
The ideal candidate is results‑driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to top‑line revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Meet with potential clients to access project scope, goals and budgets
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for renovation and remodeling projects
- Present proposals for professionally and close sales with confidence
- Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure estimate accuracy
- Follow up on leads, referrals, and past clients to generate new business
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and active bids
- Represent Real Pro Renovations with professionalism at all times
- 2+ years of experience in construction sales, estimating or a related field
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial renovation processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, project plans, site and survey plans
- Proficient with estimating software and Google Sheets
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
