Junge Construction is hiring a Lead Carpenter / Working Superintendent to lead job site operations while performing hands‑on carpentry work. This role is responsible for managing daily construction activities and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification.

• Lead day‑to‑day construction site operations
• Supervise field crews and coordinate subcontractors
• Review and execute work based on blueprints and plans
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate materials delivery
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
• Track progress and maintain project documentation
• Communicate with clients and project stakeholders

• At least 5 years of carpentry experience
• Experience leading crews or managing job sites
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and codes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Monday through Friday
• 40+ hours per week depending on project needs

• Paid time off
