Construction Superintendent (Residential and/or Commercial)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 (including bonuses and benefits)

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to manage on-site construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid background in construction management.

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure work meets specifications and safety standards
• Lead and manage construction teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
• Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
• Communicate project status and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and employee hours

• Minimum 3-5 years of construction experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or superintendent role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and project management
• Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and manage resources effectively
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification preferred
• High school diploma required; degree in Construction Management is a plus
