This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys coordinating teams, and understands that building great projects requires building great relationships.
As the primary field representative of Trails End, you'll serve as the face of the company during construction. You'll work directly with homeowners, trade partners, vendors, and inspectors while ensuring every project reflects the professionalism, quality, and client experience that define our brand.
If you're the type of person who takes ownership, communicates well with people, and enjoys seeing projects come together from start to finish, we'd love to talk with you.

As Site Superintendent, you'll be the field leader on your projects and the primary day-to-day representative of Trails End once construction begins.
You'll help oversee:
- Daily jobsite operations
- Trade partner coordination
- Construction scheduling and sequencing
- Quality control and workmanship standards
- Material deliveries and jobsite logistics
- Inspections and milestone completion
- Client walkthroughs and communication
- Punch list completion and project closeout
- Warranty-related field inspections and repairs
You'll work closely with our Owner/Project Manager and Project Coordinator to ensure projects are not only built well, but that clients feel informed, respected, and confident throughout the process.

- Communicate clearly and proactively
- Manage difficult conversations professionally when challenges arise
- Create a positive experience for clients throughout construction
- Deliver projects that reflect Trails End's standards of craftsmanship and service
What We're Looking For
