• Answer the queue phone and provide customers with requested information including pricing and ship dates.
• Input orders into the computer.
• Provide technical help when able.
• Handle all types of customer problems and requests and process orders.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience a plus.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, MS Word, and similar computer programs.
• Accountability & Dependability: consistent reliable, punctual attendance.
• Mathematical reasoning: ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers, fractions, percentages, decimal equivalents.
• Reading comprehension: read and write simple correspondence and follow instructions.
• Analysis/Reasoning: interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram form.
• Customer focus: quickly solve customer problems.
• Communication: effective one-on-one, small group and team communication.

Pay: $19.38 - $29.09 per hour.
