Customer Support Representative
Work Hours:
Mon‑Fri 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. This is not a remote position, but you may have a remote opportunity once a week after training.
Hourly pay: $24.00 per hour.
Responsibilities- Field incoming B2B customer support requests via phone and Salesforce workflow.
- Facilitate quotes for non‑stock special orders, delivery & set‑up orders, and large volume orders.
- Answer product‑related questions and provide information from manufacturers.
- Facilitate returns and follow up on credits.
- Fulfill customer requests for proof of delivery or invoice/credit copies.
- Provide sales support to Jan/San field and IAM teams.
- Provide information to SPR branches regarding various programs and services.
- Education:
Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred). - Computer skills:
Microsoft Word, Excel, E‑mail. - Language ability:
Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, memos; write simple correspondence; present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees. - Math ability:
Add, subtract, multiply, divide; compute rate, ratio, percent; draw and interpret bar graphs. - Reasoning ability:
Apply common sense to carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions; deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. - Supervisory responsibilities:
None.

The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. Occasional standing and walking.
