Automotive parts knowledge is required
. Talks with customers by phone, fax, email, or in person and receives orders for parts by part number and orders for catalogs. Enters orders into computer and print out order to be pulled, packed, and shipped. Enters and edits customer information. Enters payment type (credit, check, gift card, etc.) for each order Refers complaints of quality or service failures to designated departments.
Other duties may be assigned such as order pulling, order packing, general cleaning, etc. Pay: $15/hour
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday / 8am - 6:15pm #INDCORE
