In this role, you’ll be the face of our business, ensuring every customer enjoys a delightful experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional in-store customer service by assisting with orders, answering questions, and offering product recommendations.
• Managing outdoor vending events, including setting up and operating booths, engaging with customers, and ensuring smooth event operations.
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
• Assisting with inventory and restocking to keep our products fresh and ready for customers.
• Representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.

We re seeking a friendly, motivated individual who thrives in a customer-facing role. To succeed in this position, you ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to different environments, whether in-store or at outdoor events.
• A passion for delivering excellent service and representing our brand with pride.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
