Store Designer candidate required to commute to Salisbury, NC 3x a week.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the store development process across multiple brands by providing thoughtful design solutions and timely project delivery.
  • Prepare and distribute fixture plans for partner review, ensuring adherence to drafting, design, and brand standards.
  • Manage project timelines and facilitate delivery of accurately completed projects to client partners.
  • Support business partners in space and planning analysis as needed.
  • Track changes, issue revisions, and maintain a library of projects, including conducting field surveys.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of comprehensive drawing, equipment, fixture, and standards libraries.
  • Participate in creating efficient work processes and tool development within applicable software.
  • Present completed plans to project and leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners across departments and client consultants.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or Architectural Technology (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of related experience (preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of architecture, design and construction documents.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with Adobe, Blue Beam, Sketch‑Up, Smartsheet (ideal but not required).
  • CSSP (Certified Supermarket Store Planner) certification – ideal but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to lead presentations and train new planners.
  • Willingness to adapt to change and support team collaboration.
  • Travel up to 25% of the time.
