Responsibilities
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Set project design schedules and coordinate milestones.
- Lead BIM coordination and internal clash detection.
- Manage Navisworks, CAD, and Revit project setup.
- Produce fabrication views and MAJ files for sheet metal shop.
- Coordinate with project managers, support designers, and third-party resources.
- Track design progress and communicate schedule impacts.
- Generate model-based reports including BOMs and labor reports.
- Review support designer work before release.
- Support project coordination meetings and RFI processes.
- Some knowledge of mechanical/plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and CAD platforms.
- Ideal candidates:
Will have strong BIM coordination experience.
