Location: Southern North Carolina
Coverage need: Maternity leave coverage in a family practice clinic within a multi-specialty group (adult, pediatrics, allergy, urgent care)
Target start: January or asap
Schedule and workload
: 4 days per week, open to 5 days per week
Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a mid-day break
Panel: large no-show rate; 30 patients booked daily to achieve 22–24 seen per day
MA support; providers complete charts throughout the day
Clinical requirements: Traditional outpatient family medicine seeing all ages; comfort with adult and pediatrics required
EMR: Next Gen, newest version recently rolled out
Active North Carolina license required
Onboarding timeline approximately 30 days
Advanced practice or physician
No NPs for this need
PAs may be considered with at least 2 years of experience; supervision not required, but Medicaid enrollment would be needed
