  Strong in-house adult and pediatric hospitalist programs with full specialty support
• Support Staff:
  Excellent nursing staff and collaborative medical team
• Leadership & Reporting Structure:
  Hospital-employed position within established ENT practice

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient otolaryngology services
• Perform surgical procedures in a modern facility including hybrid OR capabilities
• Collaborate with hospitalists, specialists, and nursing staff to ensure coordinated patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain high patient satisfaction standards
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with hospital standards
