Required:
Active Nebraska medical license or eligibility to obtain - Experience:
Open to experienced physicians and new residency graduates - Additional Requirements:
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and collaborative team practice
- Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient otolaryngology services
- Perform surgical procedures in a modern facility including hybrid OR capabilities
- Collaborate with hospitalists, specialists, and nursing staff to ensure coordinated patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain high patient satisfaction standards
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with hospital standards
