JOB OVERVIEWProvide services and support as a Language and Culture Services Support (Language Training Support Administrator) in the Education and Academia Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as Department of Army (Army) | Mission & Installation Contacting Command - Fort Liberty Generally Located In Fort Liberty - North Carolina 28317 and across the Region.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES- Maintain and organize training records and materials.
- Assist with new staff onboarding and training schedules.
- Monitor and maintain instructional resources.
- Background in administrative support within a training or education setting.
- Understanding of military structure or experience working in a similar environment preferred.
- Associate’s in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years in administrative roles, ideally in training or education support.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Capable of managing complex scheduling needs.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe).
- Problem-solving and critical thinking in an educational setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage learners.
- Leadership and adaptability in a diverse classroom environment.
- Dependable and able to prioritize effectively.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and trainees.
THE ROLE S
- Support in maintaining training records through databases.
- Assist in the onboarding and integration of new trainers or staff into the team.
- Assist in sourcing and procuring new instructional materials or tools as needed for training sessions.
Work in a military training environment with a focus on immersion. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria.
