Job DescriptionThis teacher will build and teach AP Computer Science Principles, Computer Science I and II. The teacher should be proficient in Canvas and be prepared to learn how to build interactive courses using Cidilabs. Cidilabs training will be provided. The role will be a combination of virtual and in‑person instruction.
Education and Experience- Bachelor’s Degree from an approved education program in the subject area.
- Strong background in North Carolina Course of Study, Common Core, and Essential Standards.
- NC Teaching License in the appropriate subject area, or qualifications to obtain one.
- Course design experience preferred.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
