Problem Solving Training Course Instructor (USARC
0016016)

The role is an exempt 1099 contract focused on delivering civilian training services in the DOD/Military sector. The Instructor will provide hybrid – on/off client site and virtual training for the U.S. Army Reserve Command’s Civilian Personnel Management Office across the southeastern United States and the U.S. East Coast region.

Job Overview

Provide problem‑solving learning solutions that strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance. The program develops participants’ ability to analyze complex challenges, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions that improve organizational performance and mission outcomes. Learning objectives include applying structured problem‑solving methodologies, root‑cause analysis, systems thinking, evaluating alternatives, developing actionable solutions, improving decision‑making, building consensus, and communicating recommendations effectively.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Develop lesson plans.
  • Facilitate classroom and virtual instruction.
  • Conduct assessments and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Support curriculum updates and survey‑driven improvements.

Location:

Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC). Hybrid – on/off client site and virtual delivery.

Desired Qualifications
  • 5–10+ years professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development.
Education / Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; instructional certifications preferred.
