  Receive ongoing advice and mentoring for those considering teacher training routes As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work across partner primary, secondary, and SEN schools, supporting pupils in both 1:1 and small group settings.

You will be fully supported by experienced mentors and consultants, with placements matched to schools in your local area.

This hands-on experience will help you develop key skills and confidence as you progress towards a career in teaching.

We are looking for graduates who are enthusiastic about working with young people and developing a career in education.

• A degree in any subject (minimum 2:2 or predicted equivalent)
• GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A flexible, organised, and proactive approach
• A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
• The ability to provide two professional referees
• An Enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain one Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications, with opportunities to progress as you gain experience within the programme.
