• Provide direct instruction to students with disabilities in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Develop and modify lesson plans based on each student’s learning objectives
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote an inclusive classroom experience
• Track student progress and maintain detailed documentation for evaluation and reporting purposes
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities
